To cancel a Digital Memorial Subscription 1. Log into your account at digitalandstone.com 2. From the Member drop down menu select My Subscriptions 3. Find the subscription you wish to cancel and select the down arrow to the right of to the green Active button at right to open the details panel 4. At the footer of the details panel, select Cancel Subscription Once cancelled you will not be charged at the end of the trial or on the renewal date of the subscripton. You Digital Memorial will be archived until plan is renewed.

Forgot or Lost Access to Login Email If you can't remember the email address you used to create your digialandstone.com account, you may reach out to Customer Support at help@digitalandstone.com and provide your first and last name and you will receive the email associated with your account. Forgot Password If you can't sign in to your digitalandstone.com account because you have forgotten your password, you can get a reset link sent to your email address. From there, you can create a new password to sign into your account. 1. Enter your email address and click Continue with Email 2. Click Forgot Password? 3. Input your email address and click Reset Password 4. Look for an email from Wix.com with the subject Reset Your Password 5. If you don't get one within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk email box. If it is there make sure you set your email service to accept this email in the future. 6. Click on the Change Password button 7. Follow the instructions on creating a good password

If you don't have an account, simply click the Log In button and opt to Sign In, instead. You'll need the email address you used to create the account and your password (or your current email address and password if you updated them). Alternatively, you can sign in using your Facebook, Google or Apple account. Signing in with social logins You can sign in to your account using social logins like your Facebook account, Google account, or Apple account. 1. Go to digitalandstone.com . 2. Click Log In at the top right. 3. Click the account type you want to sign in with on the right. 4. Follow the instructions on-screen to finish logging in. If you forget your password if you created your account using one of these social logins, you will need to reset your password at the respective service, not at digitalandstone.com Signing in with SSO Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that lets users in an organization sign in to different websites using the same set of login details.  Signing in with SSO is only available to certain users. If you think that you should be able to sign in using SSO, contact your organization's IT administrator.
